Full description
To enjoy sailing or to participate in life on board? That is the dilemma.
You can try both by participating in our excursion with sailing lesson: in the company of a federal sailing instructor, you will set sail to discover the Tuscan coastline from Marina di Pisa. Between a swim stop and an aperitif on board, you will help hoist the sails and steer the boat.
When booking, you will be able to choose between the'sunset experience' or the 'afternoon experience': the sunset experience will last a total of 3½ hours while the afternoon experience will last a total of 4½ hours.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Marina di Pisa (PI). We will be greeted by thefederal sailing instructor, who will welcome us on board his boat.
After about 30 minutes we will have finished boarding and the"baptism of sail" will take place: anintroduction of about 15 minutes during which we will be shown the basics of sailing, ready to set sail!
We will hoist the sails together and begin to sail north in the direction of Viareggio, with the beaches of the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli Regional Park as our destination. We will stop right in this natural setting, for a swim stop and an aperitif on board (included) with focaccia and a glass of prosecco.
During the trip, it will be possible to enjoy the navigation or actively participate in life on board: the instructor will teach us gaits and manoeuvres, and we will also have the opportunity to try helming the boat!
We will then return to the meeting point. When booking, you will be able to choose between the"sunset experience" or the "afternoon experience": the sunset experience will last a total of 3½ hours while the afternoon experience will last a total of 4½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have signed authorisation.
The boat is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with mobility problems.

Attention! In the event of strong winds or less than ideal weather conditions, at the organiser's discretion, we will return earlier in order to carry out the aperitif in port.
The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 5 participants. Theitinerary and duration of the experience are variable depending on weather conditions at the organiser's discretion. When booking, a choice can be made between the'sunset experience' or the 'afternoon experience': the sunset experience will last a total of 3½ hours while the afternoon experience will last a total of 4½ hours.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Depending on availability, theboat will be an 11 to 18-metre long sailboat equipped with a bow sundeck, awning, outdoor shower, climbing ladder, inside cabin and toilet. Light-soled shoes are allowed on board the boat or you can go barefoot. Dogs are not allowed on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
