Have you ever heard of the 'Caribbean of Sardinia'? Probably yes, but have you ever seen them with your own eyes?
Don't miss the chance to visit the most beautiful coves in the region, such as Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu and Cala Gabbiani. Set off from Santa Maria Navarrese for a fantastic day tour by motorboat along the Baunei coast.
White beaches and turquoise waters await you, where it will be impossible to resist the temptation to dive in!
What we will do
The appointment is in Santa Maria Navarrese(NU) at 8:30 am to check in. We will then board the motorboat and at 9:00 we will set off on our tour along the Baunei coastline.
We will start sailing north in the direction of Cala Goloritzé for a photo stop, a truly suggestive marine protected area with colours that will leave us speechless. After having immortalised this natural paradise in photos and videos, we will head out to avoid the crowds at Cala Mariolu.
Cala Mariolu, with its confetti-like pebbles, will be our first stop, and here we will stop for about one and a half hours.
We will then arrive at Cala Gabbiani, with its white sea bed and beautiful turquoise water, which will be impossible to resist for a dip! After about one and a half hours, we will resume navigation passing by the Piscine di Venere (Venus Pools), with its beautiful turquoise water, where a second photo stop is planned.
After that, we will arrive at Cala Luna, one of Sardinia's most famous beaches, where we will stop for about 1½ hours to enjoy the sun and a dip in the crystal-clear waters. Here we will also have a packed lunch on the beach (not included and to be brought from home). Alternatively, it will be possible to buy it on board the motorboat, where there is a bar/restaurant with reservations.
We will then head south for a 45-minute stop at the Grotta del Fico (optional visit and not included). Those who do not wish to visit the cave can safely stay on board to enjoy the sun.
We will return to the port of Santa Maria Navarrese after about 8 hours of touring.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to everyone, with no age limit. Children from 0 to 3 years old are entitled to a reduced rate of €16.00 per participant; please contact us to make a reservation.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to October and is confirmed when there are at least 24 participants.
An ecological contribution of 1€ per person is required, bring it with you on the day of the excursion: you will help the municipality of Baunei to keep the creeks safe and clean.
The excursion takes place with respect for nature, trying to have as little impact on the environment as possible. Please do not print out your booking but submit your confirmation electronically.
We will sail on board the 24.5-metre long motorship Bella Rimini, which is equipped with two decks, bar/restaurant on reservation, 2 toilets (men's and women's). Both POS and cash are accepted on board. The crew speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
Dogs are not allowed on board, with the exception of therapy dogs (with appropriate certificate).
For those who wish, there is also the possibility of departing from Arbatax.
At the captain's discretion, tours can be cancelled, postponed, shortened, adjusted for various reasons, primarily for safety reasons or new instructions received from the Coast Guard or simply due to the weather and sea forecast.
Admission to the Grotta del Fico is priced as follows: €10 from 13 years of age, €5 from 6 to 12 years, free from 0 to 5 years. Tickets can be purchased on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
