Come and discover the best of the Aeolian Islands with our one-day motorboat tour!
Departing from Lipari, you'll visit Panarea, the Aeolian Islands' most elegant gem, and Stromboli, home to the Mediterranean's most active volcano. You will take a dip in Calajunco, admire the spectacular Sciara del Fuoco, and have plenty of time to explore the islands on your own.
The Aeolian Islands await you for a day of relaxation, diving and incredible views!
What we will do
Departure is at the indicated time from the port of Lipari (ME). Upon arrival, the staff will welcome us and accompany us on board the comfortable motorboat.
Once we set sail, we will skirt Monte Rosa and the Bay of Canneto in the direction of the island of Panarea, the smallest but no less fascinating of the seven Aeolian sisters, which we will reach in about 1 hour by boat. The first bathing stop will be at Calajunco, known for its turquoise waters and the promontory of Capo Milazzese, where the remains of an ancient Bronze Age village can still be admired.
We will then reach Cala Zimmari, the longest sandy beach on the island and, after admiring the numerous surrounding islets, such as Dattilo and Lisca Bianca, we will arrive at the port of San Pietro to dock. We will have about 2 hours to explore Panarea on our own, stroll along its picturesque paths, stop for lunch in a small restaurant or bar, and soak up the island's refined atmosphere.
Towards mid-afternoon we will re-board and head towards Stromboli. Once ashore, we will again have 2 hours to enjoy a refreshing swim in the cobalt waters or a stroll through the town centre to the church of San Vincenzo with its splendid panoramic terrace.
We will leave to admire the Strombolicchio and end the day under the Sciara del Fuoco, a volcanic slope furrowed by spectacular lava streams. We will admire the spectacular eruptions of Stromboli, which light up the night sky to create an incredible natural spectacle.
Finally, we will return to our starting point around 10pm, after about 8 hours of experience.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The activity takes place from July to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 20 participants.
Depending on the number of participants, a 16- to 20-metre motor vessel with a capacity of up to 130 people can be used. All motor vessels are equipped with comfortable seating, shaded seating, a bar and a toilet.
Small dogs are allowed on board.
The venue cannot be reached by public transport.
