We may have convinced you already, but there is much more. Join our motorboat excursion in the Gulf of Orosei: you will sail to discover this wonderful corner of Sardinia, with stops at the most spectacular beaches such as Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu.
A day at (and in) the sea, with a tasting of Sardinian products on board!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cala Gonone. Awaiting us will be thecrew who will welcome us on board the motorboat!
Once we have finished boarding, we will be ready to set sail and navigate the Gulf of Orosei. The itinerary includes Sardinia's most spectacular beaches: we will swim off the coast of Cala Goloritzé and the Piscine di Venere and make beach stops at Cala Luna and Cala Mariolu (lasting about 1½ hours).
The navigation will be accompanied by amultilingual audio guide describing the main attractions encountered. Meanwhile, a tasting of typical Sardinian products will be served on board: bread, sausage and cheese, accompanied by water and wine.
We will finally return to the meeting point at approximately 17:00. The experience will last about 7½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is open to all with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is wheelchair accessible. The descent to the beach is compulsory and not always easy to access.
Other information
The tour runs from May to October.
Due to beach capacity restrictions, the itinerary and stops may be subject to change. Access to Cala Mariolu is not guaranteed on every departure. In October, for the 12: 00 departure, there will be only two stops at the beach, decided by the captain based on the number of people present on the beaches.
The vessel is a motorboat equipped with toilet facilities and a bar service (for a fee) ; the tour may take place on a different vessel depending on availability, at the organiser’s discretion. Beach umbrellas and snorkelling masks are available for hire on board: beach umbrella hire €15. 00 and snorkelling mask hire €10. 00; hire must be requested on site without prior booking, subject to availability.
The price does not include the environmental levy payable to the municipality of Dorgali, amounting to €5. 50 per person, to be paid on site in cash; the environmental levy applies to everyone aged 0 to 99. The levy may vary in accordance with municipal regulations.
Small dogs are allowed on board but may not be taken down to the beach.

There is a free car park near the meeting point, with a shuttle service costing €3. 00 per person (to be paid in cash on site) , which takes just 3 minutes to reach the boarding point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
