Imagine gliding through clear waters and secret coves, with the sun of the Costa degli Dei caressing your face.
On board the motorship Blue Ocean you will experience a 3-hour tour from Tropea to Capo Vaticano, amidst regenerating baths, dreamy panoramas and local curiosities waiting to be discovered.
Every dive and every tale will make you discover hidden corners of Calabria that you would hardly see from land. An aperitif with typical Calabrian products and wine enriches this unique experience!
What we will do
We will meet 30 minutes before the chosen time, at the meeting point in Tropea. Here we will find the captain and crew of the Blue Ocean motor vessel , ready to welcome us on board and prepare us for a tour along the Costa degli Dei!
We will start the navigation passing by the Grotta dello Skeleton or Grotta Bianca. We will then stop for our first 30-minute swim in the beautiful Riaci Bay, where we will listen to the tale of an old ship from the Great War and the caves created by two torpedoes. We will then continue to Formicoli, passing the remains of the ancient Roman port Forum Erculis and the 'Formiche' rocks.
We will sail around the three beaches of Praia di Fuoco, spotting the Mantineo rock and the Grotta dell'Amore. Our second stop will be the famous Grotticelle Bay; here we will have another 30 minutes to dive from the ship's decks or snorkel among the fish that populate these clear seabeds.
After swimming, we will relax on board to enjoy a typical aperitif consisting of various bruschettas accompanied by a glass of white wine or a non-alcoholic drink.
Finally, we will head towards the Spiaggia della Rotonda and the Grotta del Palombo for a final half-hour stop, where we will take incredible photos of the Rupe di Tropea seen from the open sea. We will finally return to the port of departure.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Children under the age of 3 participate free of charge. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is not suitable for people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs.

The experience takes place from May to October.
The itinerary and stops may vary according to weather and sea conditions at the captain's discretion.
The boat is the 18-metre-long Blue Ocean motor vessel, equipped with ample sunbathing areas, a solarium with sun loungers, a panoramic deck, a covered saloon with tables and benches, two separate toilets and a refreshment bar.
Dogs are not allowed on board.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can also be reached by public transport, a short 10-minute walk from the station or bus stop.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
