Castel di Sangro, in the heart ofAbruzzo, is on the border between wild nature and ancient villages.
Our one-hour quad bike adventure will take you on a discovery of this extraordinary land, from the picturesque village of Scontrone to the landscapes surrounding the Sangro river.
Get ready to discover Castel di Sangro as you've never seen it, amidst adrenalin and wonder.
What we will do
We will meet 10 minutes before the time selected at the time of booking in Castel di Sangro (AQ). After meeting our expert guides, we will follow a briefing to understand how these nippy four-wheelers work.
Having switched on the engines, we will venture along the dirt roads of Castel di Sangro, skirting theriver of the same name. We will then reach Villa Scontrone, a hamlet of the municipality of Scontrone and famous for its panoramic position offering incredible views of the surrounding landscapes.
We will make a stop of about 15 minutes where we can admire the panorama, take photos and videos and, if we wish, exchange views with the driver, before getting back on the quad bike and taking the return route, passing by the Sangro river again.
This route will give us the chance to test ourselves on more technical roads and others that are more accessible. We will say goodbye when we arrive back in the village after this adventure lasting about an hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is aimed at everyone from the age of 6. A B licence is required to drive the quad bike.
Other information
The activity is carried out all year round, including public holidays.
The quads made available range from 570 cc upwards and are new in 2020. One can switch to driving at certain points on the route, provided one has a B licence.
The venue is not easily accessible by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
