A private boat tour is the ideal choice to discover the coastal wonders between Capo Vaticano and Tropea, to visit caves and stop for a swim in hidden coves.
An experienced skipper awaits you on board, ready to take you wherever you want to go. And don't miss the icing on the cake: an aperitif with prosecco or local wine and snacks galore!
What we will do
The excursion departs from Santa Maria di Ricadi, in the Capo Vaticano area.
The skipper will welcome you aboard a state-of-the-art boat, equipped with awning, mini-bar, music on board, and all comforts. After a brief introductory briefing, you will set off on a coast-to-coast tour to Tropea.
The proposed stops are the Hercules Hole, the Praia i Focu beach, and other points on the coast particularly suitable for snorkelling, thanks to the presence of marine flora and fauna and crystal-clear seabed. However, participants can propose different itineraries and make specific requests to the skipper, who will try to accommodate them (conditions permitting).
The tour includes an aperitif with prosecco or local wine (and fruit juices for children), accompanied by taralli calabresi and various snacks.
After about three hours of the tour, we will return to the starting point in Capo Vaticano.

This activity is open to all, with no age limit. Children up to 2 years of age participate free of charge.

This activity takes place from May to October, weather permitting.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Depending on availability, you will be on board a boat or dinghy. All boats are 8 metres long, can carry up to 12 people, and are equipped with every comfort, including awning, car radio, fridge, and climbing ladder.
Theaperitif includes taralli, salatini, fruit juices, prosecco or local wine.
Dogs of all sizes are allowed on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
