Full description
Enjoy a day on a boat discovering the coastal beauty of theIsland of Elba, reach the most beautiful coves and bays, and dive in to snorkel in the crystal-clear waters.
With a private tour you can relax and spend time in total privacy and tranquillity together with whomever you wish. Accompanying you will be a Tuscany Region Environmental Guide, always ready to lead you in theobservation of flora and fauna and to describe the environment in its most interesting aspects.
What we will do
The meeting point is the small port of Margidore, in Capoliveri (LI). Here you will meet the environmental guide and, once settled on board, you will set sail westwards, beginning the boat tour to the Pomonte Wreck.
During the navigation, you will be able to admire some of the most beautiful views of theIsland of Elba, such as the Grotta Azzurra and the beach of Cavoli, which overlooks a splendid inlet surrounded by Mediterranean maquis.
First, however, you cannot do without a dip in its crystal-clear waters! We will stop for snorkelling at Laconella Beach, the Grotta dell'Acqua and Fetovaia Bay where we will stop for lunch (not included and to be brought from home).
We will then continue on to Pomonte beach, whose seabed is home to the wreck of the Elviscot, an Italian cargo ship that sank on the rocks in 1972. Today, the wreck has become thenatural habitat of numerous marine species, making the area one of Elba's favourite diving spots, but it is also possible to admire it just by wearing a mask and snorkel to snorkel on the surface of the water, following the guide's directions and descriptions.
In the afternoon we will also stop for a swim and some snorkelling near the Scoglietto della Triglia and theIsolotto della Corbella. Return to the port of Margidore is scheduled at 17:00, for a total duration of 8 hours.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

This activity is available from April to October and is reserved for private groups of a maximum of 10 persons.
The tour takes place on board a10 m long by 3 m wideboat, equipped with a sundeck at the bow and a shaded central part with table and seats. The boat has no toilet facilities.
It is possible to bring four-legged friends on board.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport during excursion times. On-site parking spaces are limited, so it is advisable to arrive early. Alternatively, parking spaces are available for a fee in the centre of Lacona, approximately 10 minutes' walk away.
