Climb aboard a private gozzo with your friends and family and spend an unforgettable day at the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The skipper will take you to discover incredible places and enchanting coves, where you can stop for a dip and a swim in the turquoise sea. You will discover the charm of places such as the Tonnara del Secco, the Laghetto di Venere and the Faraglioni of Scopello.
A lunch on board with cunzato bread and marsala cakes will make the excursion even more enjoyable.
What we will do
You will meet at 9 a.m. in San Vito Lo Capo, where the skipper and guide will be waiting for you and will accompany you on the tour. You will board a 10-metre gozzo, which will be at your exclusive use for the day. After settling in, the skipper will point the gozzo towards the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
You will admire the Tonnara del Secco, so called because of its very shallow waters. This is one of the places of the heart for all the citizens of San Vito Lo Capo, because here stands the old, disused tuna fishery and the buildings from which the local lords watched the mattanza. Tuna fishing began in 1412 with the Bourbons and is no longer practised today, but this spot on the coast retains a very special charm that is definitely worth a stop.
You will then head towards the Laghetto di Venere. Nature wanted the rocks rolled down from the mountain by a landslide to form a kind of natural embankment, arranging themselves in a circle and thus enclosing the lake.
Afterwards, it will be the turn of the wonderful coves of the Zingaro Nature Reserve, including the enchanting Cala dell'Uzzo, where you can enjoy a dip and a refreshing swim. Several swimming stops (up to 6) are planned during the tour to allow you to fully enjoy the natural beauty of this coastal stretch.
Finally, you will head towards the three Faraglioni of Scopello, one of the most characteristic points of this stretch of coastline. The three magnificent Faraglioni are located right in front of the ancient 'tonnara' (tuna fishery) and frame an unspoilt stretch of water with changing colours ranging from emerald green to deep blue.
In addition to the stops, there is also lunch on board with cunzato bread, wine, soft drinks and typical sweets made with almond marsala. You will return to your starting point after an 8-hour excursion.

The tour runs from April to October, weather permitting.
The boat is a 10-metre Sicilian gozzo equipped with an awning, sundeck, ladder cushions, platform and all the necessary safety devices. Dogs are allowed on board.
Variations to the lunch menu can be requested in case of allergies or food intolerances.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
