Full description
Climb aboard a quad bike and get ready to explore the Lepini Mountains like never before!
With a local guide you will tackle a 25 km loop route, half on asphalt and half on dirt roads, through olive groves and scenic paths. You will reach Rocca Massima, the highest village in the Lepini Mountains, for a stop with an aperitif and a visit to the famous Panchina Gigante.
A 2½-hour quad bike adventure amidst adrenalin and dream landscapes: ready to go?
What we will do
The appointment is at the meeting point in Giulianello (LT), where the guide will welcome us and give us all the information we need to drive the quad bike safely. After a short briefing, we will be ready to set off on our adventure!
On board the quads, we will cover a ring of around 25 km, with a perfect mix of asphalt and dirt (50% and 50%). We will cross olive groves, nature trails and scenic roads that will give us unforgettable views of the Lepini Mountains.
We will visit Rocca Massima, a fascinating medieval village at an altitude of 735 metres: we will be able to stroll through its alleys, visit a historic church and discover the tranquillity of a place suspended in time. During this stop of about 30-40 minutes we will also have an aperitif at a local bar: we will be able to choose a drink accompanied by delicious snacks, while enjoying the view.
On the way back, we will stop at the Pink Giant Bench of Rocca Massima to take some photos and admire theAgro Pontino. From here, we will leisurely descend to our starting point. Between the briefing, quad bike ride and aperitif break, the experience lasts about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 11. To ride the quad bike, you must be at least 18 years old and hold an Italian or international B licence.
Other information
The activity is available all year round.
The facility provides 2 quads for a total of up to 4 participants, including drivers and passengers (with the possibility of swapping driving). For those who wish, it is possible to participate as a passenger on board the guide's quad bike at a cost of €35.
An aperitif is included in the fee. In the event of food allergies or intolerances, please notify the organiser well in advance (you will receive contact details in the booking confirmation email).
The meeting place is not easily accessible by public transport; there is ample parking on site.
