A quad bike adventure. .. magic!
Yes, on this quad bike tour in the Guasila countryside, you will venture out to discover the so-called Fairy Houses, astonishing prehistoric architecture that can still be visited today.
But if you think the exploration ends here, you are wrong! On your return from the excursion, a typical Sardinian dinner awaits you to continue your journey of discovery!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Guasila (SU) . We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this four-wheeled adventure!
Once all the participants have gathered, a briefing will take place during which the guide will explain how to drive the quad bike and provide us with all the information we need to carry out the activity.
When we are ready to leave, we will venture into the Sardinian hinterland, to reach the Domus de Janas, better known as the 'Houses of the Fairies'. Legend has it that these prehistoric constructions carved into the rock were inhabited by mythological female figures with magical powers, from which they derive their name. Of course, we can visit them too during a stop-off!
Afterwards, we will continue the route up to the top of Monte San Mauro, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of no less than 58 villages in South Sardinia! During the experience, the guide will not fail to tell us stories and curiosities about the attractions encountered, conveying all his passion for the Sardinian territory.
We will then return to the meeting point, always driving on secondary roads, paved and/or unpaved. Once back at the base, each of us will travel by our own means to reach a local restaurant where we will be served dinner based on a typical Sardinian menu consisting of mixed appetisers, suckling pig on the spit, and wine and drinks included.
The quad bike excursion will last about 2 hours, while the experience will last about 4 hours in total, depending on the time spent at the restaurant.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a B licence; foreign licences are permitted. The passenger must be at least 4 years old.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first time quad rider.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 booked quads.
The price is per quad; each quad can carry 1 driver or 1 driver and 1 passenger (2 persons) . During the excursion driver and passenger can swap driving if both are of age and have a B licence.
In the event of food allergies and/or intolerances, please contact the organiser at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to report them.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
