The nature, history and beauty of Sicily as you have never experienced them before.
Embark on an experience where a strong sense of freedom and a touch of adrenalin will guide you along a route on board a truly exciting four-wheeler: the quad bike. Centuries-old forests to explore, mountain peaks with panoramic views of Mount Etna, the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas, and a visit to the magical village of Montalbano Elicona, a treasure chest of medieval treasures, await you.
Along asphalt roads and dirt tracks, among different altitudes and changing landscapes, this adventure will give you ever new sensations. Hold on tight and set your desire for discovery in motion!
What we will do
We will meet in Montalbano Elicona (ME). Here you will be assigned the quad bike and we will have a full briefing and a short driving test to get familiar with the vehicle.
We will then set off for the Malabotta Forest where we will be able to admire suggestive trees that are more than 300 years old. We will then climb to an altitude of 1325 metres, passing from Nebrodi to Peloritani territory, while the landscape around us changes in a surprising way.
We will then reach a vantage point where a breathtaking view awaits us, ranging from MountEtna with the Ionian Sea coastline to Cape Milazzo with the entire Tyrrhenian Sea coastline and the Aeolian Islands. Sea and mountains in one incredible setting, difficult to forget.
We climb back on board the quad bike and set off again for the picturesque medieval village of Montalbano Elicona, where we will discover and visit it. Awaiting us is a small village with a fairytale atmosphere, elected in 2015 as the "Most Beautiful Village in Italy" as well as being chosen as the location for some scenes in the new film "Santocielo" by Ficarra and Picone. Finally, we will return to the starting point.
The total route is about 30 km long. Between briefing, test ride, quad bike tour and stops, the experience lasts a total of three hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, including beginners and novices, from 5 years of age. The maximum load capacity of the quads is 200 kg.
To ride the quad bike, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid B licence.
Other information
The tour is available all year round. The itinerary may vary slightly depending on the route conditions and the needs of the group.
Important: the cost of the tour is per quad. Each quad bike can carry two people (driver and passenger, with the possibility of swapping driving). There are 4 quads available for a maximum of 8 participants.
The meeting place is easily accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
