Full description
A quad bike tour that can be transformed into acultural-historical experience.
It didn't seem real to us either, but instead we managed to combine these interests to satisfy both driver and passenger. Saddle up and ride with a guide through the Sicilian countryside to the Pianto Romano Memorial, which you will visit.
A 3-hour experience, to deepen your knowledge of the area in the round.
What we will do
I will be waiting for you 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Calatafimi (TP). I will be there to welcome you, your guide on this cultural and historical adventure on four wheels!
Upon your arrival, I will hand over the quad bike and provide you with all the information you need to ride it without worries. It will then be time to start the engine, press the accelerator and venture along an initial short stretch of asphalt.
We will then continue on a dirt road through the Sicilian countryside until we reach the Pianto Romano memorial: this is a Garibaldi monument in the shape of an obelisk, in memory of the fallen soldiers of the battle of Calatafimi. Here we turn off the engine and take part in a 40-minute guided tour of the museum.
We will then get back in the saddle to return to the meeting point; the30 km quad bike excursion will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and have a valid B licence.
The passenger must be at least 14 years old and at least 150 cm tall; passengers under the age of 18 must travel with a parent.
Other information
Attention! Driver and passenger may not swap driving during the excursion.
The experience takes place from January to December , weather permitting at the organiser's discretion.
The organiser has 3 quads available for a maximum of 6 participants.
The price is per quad regardless of whether it is 1 driver or 1 driver with 1 passenger.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
