Full description
Many people drive to dinner. You can go by snowmobile.
In Prato Nevoso, when night falls, the slopes light up and the snow glistens under the headlights - and this is where your adventure starts.
On this 2-hour guided tour, you can whizz down soft slopes, fun turns and scenic stretches that become even more spectacular at night. A mix of adrenaline and atmosphere accompanies you all the way up to a chalet at an altitude of 2, 000 metres where a typical Piedmontese dinner awaits you.
What we will do
The meeting is 15 minutes before departure at the meeting point in Prato Nevoso, in the province of Cuneo. After a welcome from the staff, we will have a briefing on the operation of the snowmobile and the main safety rules.
Once we are ready, we will climb into the saddle and start at 8 p. m. our journey of about 15 km in total, following the guide who will lead the way. We will ride along a track that offers a very wide view: the Alps on one side, the plain on the other, and a horizon of lights that on clear evenings reaches as far as the sea.
Halfway along, we will reach Chalet il Rosso, at an altitude of 2, 000 metres, where a typical Piedmontese dinner (included) with traditional dishes and generous portions awaits us. The menu includes: starter, first course, main course, dessert and water. Wine and other drinks are not included.
After dinner, we will take the snowmobiles again and tackle the final stretch of the route. It will be possible to take turns driving, always at the discretion of the guide accompanying the group.
Between preparation, snowmobile tour, dinner and return, the experience will last a total of about 2 hours (variable depending on the timing of the dinner) .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 4. Children under the age of 18 may participate in the activity as passengers, if accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
To drive the snowmobile, one must be over 18 years of age and hold a B driving licence; equivalent foreign licences are accepted.
For those who do not wish to drive or do not have a driving licence, it is possible to participate as a passenger on board the guide's snowmobile by selecting the "Snowmobile for 1 person" option and contacting the guide in advance at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail.
The experience can be undertaken by pregnant women, at any month, provided they have the consent of their general practitioner. On the other hand, it is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with motor disabilities such as the absence of a limb or the presence of prostheses that may limit safety during the ride.

The activity takes place on Fridays and Saturdays from December to April.
There are 7 snowmobiles available for a maximum of 14 participants.
Dinner is included in the fee. Options are available for people with food allergies and intolerances: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail to inform them.
The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport. There is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
