One Vespa, 3 hours and one mission: conquer the castles of Arcevia!
The tour departs from Barbara, in the province of Ancona, on board an iconic Piaggio Vespa Primavera 125. With an expert guide ready to tell you curiosities and legends, you will travel along hilly roads that will lead you to medieval villages suspended in time.
And when you switch off the engine, you will discover that the real treasure is not just the castles... but the adventure you will have experienced curve after curve.
What we will do
The meeting point is Barbara (AN), 30 minutes before the time selected during the booking process. Here, our guide will welcome us and introduce us to the itinerary. Then off we go, helmet on our heads and engine running: it's time to set off!
The first stop will be Montale, a 13th-century castle that seems to cling to the hill with all its might. We continue towards Piticchio, perhaps the most fairytale-like of castles: we will enter through its access ramp and lose ourselves in narrow alleys and the patrol path, where every stone seems to have a story to tell.
The journey continues to Palazzo, a hamlet hidden in the woods of Monte Caudino. Here time seems to stand still: a silent and authentic corner, far from any tourist route. Then it will be the turn of Loretello, the oldest of Arcevia's castles and a masterpiece of military architecture. Walking within its walls, it will be impossible not to imagine knights, watchtowers and lives from centuries ago.
And as we return, it will be the colourful hills of the Marche to greet us: gentle curves, landscapes that change before our eyes and that feeling of freedom that only a Vespa can give. A journey through history, nature and panoramas, packed into around three hours of excursion.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold an A1 or B licence and have experience driving a car or scooter. For citizens of countries outside the European Union, an international driving licence may be required.
For passengers , aminimum age of 10 years is required.

The experience is available from April to October.
Theprice is per Vespa; the organiser has at its disposal 5 Piaggio Vespa Primavera 125s, capable of carrying 1 driver + 1 possible additional passenger for a total of 10 participants. When booking, you can select a Vespa for 1 person, a Vespa for 2 people or entrust the driving to an experienced local driver and enjoy the experience as a passenger.
Important: The organiser reserves the right to subject the participant to a prior driving test and, in the event of a negative result, the tour will be cancelled.
Upon handover of the vehicle, you will be asked to pay a €500 deposit by pre-authorisation on your credit card, which will be returned at the end of the tour.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
