What's a Genoese doing in Sicily? Waiting to be eaten!
No, we're not crazy: during this guided Vespa tour, you'll set off from Trapani and arrive at the top of Mount Erice, where one of Italy's most beautiful medieval villages is located, and you'll taste the local traditional sweets and 'genovese'.
A 3-hour experience that will enchant your eyes and conquer your palate!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before 10 a. m. at the meeting point in Trapani (TP), where our guide will be waiting for us. On our arrival, we will be given the Vespa reserved for us and the helmet.
Once all the participants have gathered, we will set off from the city centre to reach Mount Erice, following a panoramic road with a view over the city of Trapani and the Egadi Islands, which we will stop to admire during a break.
We will then reach the summit of Mount Erice, where the medieval village of the same name stands, elected as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy in 2014.
We will visit the main monuments such as the Castle of Venus and its characteristic churches, courtyards and small shops where you can buy local products. Among these, very famous are the genovesi, typical Erice sweets that we will taste during a tasting at a local pastry shop , including a drink.
We will finally return to Trapani, after about 3 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
Experience is suitable from the age of 18, both driver and passenger. The driver must have a B licence.
During the route driver and passenger may swap driving if both meet the requirements.

The experience is available from mid-May to September.
The organiser has 4 Vespas available that can carry 1 driver + 1 passenger for a total of 8 participants per tour.
Caution! The itinerary may be subject to change in the event of unfavourable weather conditions or for other adverse reasons.
There is free and/or paid parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
