Trekking with alpacas in Valle Camonica with wine tasting

Whether it's winter or summer, a walk with alpacas and tasting is always a daydream.

In the company of a guide and his friendly animals, you will venture for 1 hour into the nature of the Camonica Valley.

But the discovery of the area does not end here: a tasting of wines and typical products awaits you on the farm. And, in winter, let yourself be warmed by a mulled wine tasting!

What we will do

The appointment is at the time indicated during the booking process at the meeting point in Losine (BS). We will be welcomed by the guide who, once all participants have gathered, will accompany us to his farm , which is just a few minutes' walk away.

Once there, we will find his friendly alpacas to welcome us! The guide will provide us with all the information we need for the experience before introducing us to his animals, from which we will choose our walking companion. Wally, Winny, Sunny, Honey and Cumino: these are the names that will steal our hearts!

It is then that the real adventure will begin: we will walk on dirt tracks, following a flat route in the natural setting of the Camonica Valley. There will also be a stop in the meadow to take some photos with our alpacas!

We will finally return to the farm. Here a wine tasting (included) will take place during which, in the summer months, we will sip at least 2 glasses of house wine accompanied by typical local products such as salami, cheese and focaccia spongada.

In the winter months, on the other hand, we will relax sipping some excellent mulled wine: together with the softness of the alpacas, we are sure it will warm our hearts! Again, between sips, we will be able to enjoy some local specialities such as cheese and honey from the farm, pizzas, focaccia and a typical cake prepared especially for us.

The alpaca walk will last 1 hour; the total experience will last 2 hours.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children from 0 to 2 years old participate free of charge: please inform us of their presence after booking confirmation.

Children from 0 to 10 years of age cannot ride independently but must share an alpaca with an adult.

The route is accessible with a pushchair.

Other information

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 4 participants.

There is a car park on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

The centre has 5 alpacas at its disposal. There is a maximum number of 10 participants per excursion: single participants will lead one alpaca individually; participants in pairs will lead one alpaca in two; participants in groups will lead one alpaca for every two people.

The alcoholic tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only; non-alcoholic drinks are provided for participants under 18 years of age.

Dogs are not allowed on the experience.
