Full description
Treat yourself to a day in the mountains and experience sleeping in a tent under the stars.
After a short briefing, you will set off on your first 6 km hike through the beauty of the alpine landscape. Once you arrive at the camp area, you will set up your tent with your hiking companions and prepare for dinner. You will cook using food and a stove and, when night falls, you will sleep in your tent surrounded by the silence of the mountains.
When you wake up the next morning, you will have a nice breakfast, take down your tents and set off again. You will walk a second 6 km route through green meadows with grazing cows. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The meeting is at 15: 00 near Chiesa in Valmalenco (SO) , 1500 metres above sea level. Once everyone has gathered, we will have a small briefing to prepare for our activity.
We will then start the first of our trekking routes. The route is 6 km long (about 2 hours) and will take us to the camp area. We will walk along a particularly impressive mountain section and fill our eyes with the breathtaking view of the Alpine landscape.
When we reach our destination, we will set up our tent for the night and prepare for dinner. We will eat under the stars, cooking the meal using all the equipment we brought with us in our rucksacks.
When night falls, we will have the wonderful experience of sleeping under the stars in our tents, enjoying the silence of the mountains and the company of other hikers.
When we wake up the next morning, we will prepare breakfast, dismantle our tents and pack our backpacks.
The second part of the trek is also 6 km long. We will cross a landscape characterised by many green valleys with grazing cows.
After a couple of hours of walking, we return to the starting point.
The two sections to be hiked are each about 6 km long and have a difficulty level of E (hiking) with an altitude difference of 550 metres.

The hike is suitable for everyone from 8 years old and up.
Other information
The activity takes place from the end of June to the end of August on weekends. The guide always checks the weather conditions to confirm or vary the itinerary according to the forecast.
The excursion is confirmed when there are at least 3 participants.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
