Which is the funniest couple ever? Laurel and Hardy, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill... or Figaro and Cyril?
Accompany these two very funny alpacas on a 1-hour walk through the countryside of Tuscia Viterbese and discover many interesting facts about these animals.
Let yourself be guided by their (slow) pace and enjoy a fun experience in contact with nature!
What we will do
The appointment is in Bassano in Teverina (VT) at the meeting point and time indicated at the time of booking.
On arrival at the farm, we will be welcomed by our guide, who will take us to meet the alpacas Figaro and Cirillo, the friendly protagonists of this experience. Before setting off on the walk, the guide will explain to us how to keep the animals properly and how to behave with them.
We will then immerse ourselves in the Tuscia countryside in the province of Viterbo, carrying the alpacas with halters, along a flat 1. 5-2 km route with small differences in altitude, on mainly dirt roads. We will walk through fields and woods until we reach the small church of Madonna della Quercia.
Here we will take a break to rest on the benches in front of the church, while the alpacas graze freely. After the break, we will walk back to the meeting point along a loop road.
The activity will last a total of 1 hour.
And for those who wish to further enrich their experience, it is possible to purchase the "walk + workshop" option. The workshop is dedicated to alpaca wool: using a loom, we will be able to make bracelets, mobile phone cases or other souvenirs from alpaca wool; the workshop will last about 30 minutes. There will be coffee and hot chocolate to sweeten our stay!
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 8.
From 8 to 12 years old , children must be accompanied by an adult who will lead the alpaca, while from 12 years old and up it is possible to lead the alpaca alone.
For people with disabilities, individualised tours can be organised: contact the guide after booking confirmation.

Attention! The activity can be carried out by a maximum of 2 participants or 4 participants and accompanying persons (2 pairs) . It is not possible to make a chaperone reservation without a participant; there is a maximum of 1 chaperone per participant.
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 persons.
It is possible to take photos during the activity.
Dogs or other animals are not allowed on the premises.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport, with a bus stop 300 metres away. Free parking is available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
