Which is the funniest couple ever? Laurel and Hardy, Bud Spencer and Terence Hill... or Figaro and Cyril?
Accompany these two very funny alpacas on a 1-hour walk through the countryside of Tuscia Viterbese and discover many interesting facts about these animals.
Let yourself be guided by their (slow) pace and enjoy a fun experience in contact with nature!
What we will do
The meeting point is in Bassano in Teverina (VT) at the location and time specified at the time of booking.
On arrival at the farm, we’ll be welcomed by our guide, who’ll introduce us to Figaro and Cirillo, the friendly alpacas who are the stars of this experience. Before setting off on the walk, the guide will explain how to lead the animals correctly and how to behave around them.
We’ll then set off into the Tuscia countryside in the province of Viterbo, leading the alpacas by halter along a flat route of 1. 5–2 km with slight inclines, mainly on dirt tracks. We’ll walk through fields and woods until we reach the little church of the Madonna della Quercia.
Here we’ll stop to rest on the benches in front of the church, whilst the alpacas graze freely . After the break, we’ll set off again to return to the meeting point along a circular route.
When booking, you can choose between two options:
- a ‘walk’ lasting approximately 1 hour in total
- “walk + workshop”: in addition to the walk, this includes a workshop dedicated to alpaca wool, where we’ll use a loom to make bracelets, mobile phone cases or other souvenirs. There’ll be plenty of coffee and hot chocolate to make our time here even more enjoyable! The workshop will last approximately 30 minutes.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 8.
From 8 to 12 years old , children must be accompanied by an adult who will lead the alpaca, while from 12 years old and up it is possible to lead the alpaca alone.

Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 individuals or 2 couples.
Photographs can be taken during the activity.
Dogs or other animals are not allowed on the premises.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport, with a bus stop 300 metres away. Free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
