For those who love it, there is no banquet more coveted than one with truffles!
The 'black diamond' is a boast of Central Italy and today we take you to taste it in the Sabine hills, in the province of Rieti. Take a seat at the tables of a farmhouse surrounded by greenery for a fixed menu lunch based on truffles.
Two hors d'oeuvres, a fragrant first and second course. .. and of course dessert!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process at the agriturismo in Torri in Sabina (RI) .
You will take a seat in an indoor dining room or, weather permitting, in the open-air green space, to begin a sensory journey that puts the truffle at the centre. You will begin with two creative starters that enhance the freshness of seasonal ingredients from the garden.
You will then continue with a first course and a main course accompanied by a side dish of vegetables. Each course will be designed to enhance the unique flavour of the truffle, combining it with the typical products of the Sabine territory.
You will end on a sweet note with a house dessert , followed by a good coffee at the end of this gastronomic interlude.Water is included in the menu, while wine can be ordered à la carte and paid for on site.
The experience will last about 2 hours, but you are free to stay and savour the atmosphere of the place as long as you like.

The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits.
The facility is accessible to people with mobility problems or prams. Highchairs for toddlers are also available.

The experience takes place all year round, on Saturdays and Sundays, for a minimum of 2 people.

A dedicated menu can be prepared for children at a cost of approximately €20: contact the organisers at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to arrange this. Payment for children can be made on site.
Dogs are allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. An additional shuttle service to and from the Poggio Mirteto railway station is available at a cost of €20. 00 per group round trip.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
