If the sea is your passion,Try Scuba Diving in Polignano a mare is an opportunity not to be missed. The 40-minute dive will take place in a delimited basin in the company of an expert instructor, who will provide you with equipment and follow you step by step.
This is the best activity to experience diving for the first time, to swim among the seabed and discover the wonders that lie within it, letting yourself be enveloped by the magical silence of the seabed.

What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process in Polignano a Mare. We will be welcomed by an experienced instructor who will hand us the diving equipment (included) and explain how to put it on and use it safely.
We will then immediately reach the chosen dive site, which will be in a delimited basin so that we feel comfortable for our first experience. Together with the instructor, we will dive into the sea, where we will do the first acclimatisation skills and, when we feel comfortable, we will descend a few metres.
Once the first part is over, we will be ready for the most exciting moment: we will go underwater again, finding ourselves swimming a few centimetres from the seabed and seeing the many forms of life in our seas (fish, molluscs, crustaceans and many types of sponges). The maximum depth we will reach is 5 metres.
At the end of the approximately 40-minute dive, we will return to shore and proceed to dismantle the equipment.
Between briefing, moving around and the actual dive, the activity lasts a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone from the age of 10. Swimming skills and good health required.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
