On board a Vds Terrestrial Ultralight, you will experience the thrill of piloting an aircraft together with an expert instructor. You will take off from the airfield in Pianfei (CN) to fly over incredible landscapes such as the Ligurian Alps.
This is not only an exciting adventure, but an opportunity to get closer to the world of flying and, perhaps, ignite in you the desire to become a pilot!
What we will do
We will meet at the campovolo in Pianfei (CN) at the time agreed at the time of booking.
After an introductory briefing of about 15 minutes, the instructor will explain the basics of flying, take-off and landing techniques and all the features that make VDS flying special.
It will then be time to get on board! The approximately 30-minute flight will allow you to understand how the aircraft works, as well as admire the magnificent views of the Ligurian Alps and the Langhe hills from above.
Thanks to the dual controls, you will not simply be a spectator: you will be able to try the experience of piloting in total safety, flanked by your instructor or professional pilot. You will admire Monviso from a unique viewpoint before heading back to Pianfei for the landing.
Between briefing, preparation and flight, the experience lasts a total of about one hour.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 16. To participate, you must not exceed 190 cm in height and 100 kg in weight.
Minors must be accompanied on site by a parent or responsible adult.
Other information
The activity takes place all year round at weekends.
The aircraft used are either a Faeta NG or a Savannah IGP, two-seater ultralights with dual controls that are agile and manoeuvrable. They can accommodate a maximum of two people at a time (one passenger and the accompanying instructor). The activity can therefore be booked by several people, but they will do it one at a time.
The meeting place cannot be reached by public transport.
