Explore Lake Como… without limits!
Zoom along on an iconic Piaggio Vespa 125: set off from Mandello del Lario and ride through Bellagio, Varenna and the scenic landscapes of Valsassina, following your favourite route.
You’ll have the scooter at your disposal for the whole day, with unlimited mileage!
What we will do
Please arrive at the meeting point in Mandello del Lario (LC)at the time indicated. Our staff will be there to welcome you and hand over the Vespa reserved for you.
Together, you’ll have an initial briefing on how the Vespa works, during which your documents and driving ability will be checked. You’ll also be provided with the keys, helmets and the necessary equipment.
You’ll be riding a Piaggio Vespa 125 with automatic gearbox, fitted with a top box and roll bar, ideal for two people. The scooter combines classic vintage charm with a simple riding experience that’s accessible to everyone.
You’ll receive interactive maps on Google Maps and an informative PDF to help you follow fantastic itineraries of your choice independently, including Varenna and Bellagio, the Valsassina,the Orrido and Piona Abbey, or Mandello and the surrounding area.
Finally, you must return to the starting point by 6. 30 pm. The hire period lasts for a maximum of 9 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 16 years old and hold an A or B driving licence. Passengers must be at least 11 years old.
Please note! Previous experience of riding a scooter is required, and participants must pass a practical test before departure. Should the organiser deem a participant unsuitable to ride, they reserve the right to refuse the hire and to retain 100% of the amount paid.
The driver and passenger may take turns at the helm during the tour, provided that both meet the necessary requirements and subject to payment of the applicable additional fee (€10. 00) .

Rental is available all year round, with check-in and check-out times from 09: 00 to 18: 30: to arrange a different collection time, please contact the organiser once your booking has been confirmed.
The organiser has 6 Piaggio Vespa 125s available. The price is per Vespa; all vehicles are two-seaters.
On-site, you can arrange for delivery to your accommodation in the towns of Abbadia Lariana and Lierna (service available on request at an additional cost) .
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is accessible by public transport.
Important: fuel is not included in the price and must be paid for on return based on consumption (full-to-full basis) . A deposit of €500 is required, payable by credit card.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
