The Cinque Terre on a Vespa: what could be more Italian than that?
Hire a legendary 125cc Vespa in Levanto and set off to explore the colourful Ligurian villages, heading as far as Monterosso al Mare and Corniglia.
With glimpses of the sea and stops to take in the views, your day on the Vespa will have the unmistakably inviting scent of freedom!
What we will do
The meeting is at 8. 00 am at the meeting point in Levanto (SP), just a few kilometres from the Cinque Terre. You’ll be met by the rental staff, who will welcome you and hand over the keys to your two-wheeler: a 125cc Vespa with automatic gearbox.
As well as a helmet and a hygienic balaclava, you’ll also receive advice on riding the scooter and the route to follow. The staff will give you a map of the Cinque Terre and tips on places to visit and where to park stress-free.
After that, you can hop on your Vespa and start your day exploring the villages of the Cinque Terre. The recommended stops are Monterosso al Mare and Corniglia, the easiest to reach and certainly charming! Alternatively, you can choose to ride in the opposite direction towards Portofino.
You must return the Vespa by 8. 00 pm. The daily hire period lasts 12 hours; when booking, options for 2 to 6 days’ hire are also available.
Who it is aimed at
The rider must be at least 16 years old and hold an A1 licence, or be at least 18 years old and hold a B licence.
There are no age restrictions for passengers, provided they are able to sit securely on the seat. Minors must have the authorisation of a parent or guardian.
Other information
The experience runs all year round.
The price is per Vespa; the organiser has 25 125cc Vespas with automatic gearboxes available, each capable of carrying 1 rider and 1 passenger, for a total of 50 participants. The rider and passenger may not swap places at the wheel.
The Vespa is hired with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, you will be charged for the difference.
Dogs are not permitted on board.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
