Full description
Spend a day on a Vespa to enjoy the sights and scents of the Tuscan countryside and the Chianti hills. Along paved roads, let our guide lead you to discover the medieval villages along the route.
Along the way there will be a stop in a wine cellar to toast with a glass of wine. And then back in the saddle, through a scenic cypress-lined avenue, to end an unforgettable day!
What we will do
We will meet at 09:30 at the meeting point in Badesse (SI), where our guide will be waiting for us.
We will climb into the saddle of our vintage scooter and embark on a route along an asphalt road. We will enter the Tuscan countryside, among fields and vineyards that colour the Chianti hillsides , and discover small medieval villages.
We will stop at a winery, which we will reach along a scenic cypress-lined avenue typical of the area, to toast a glass of wine with a view of the Tuscan landscape. Another stop is planned for a light lunch (included) with a cheese and cold cuts board.
After the stop, we will resume our journey on board our Vespa to visit another jewel of the Chianti region: Monteriggioni or Radda in Chianti, depending on the timing.
We will finally return to the meeting point. The tour lasts a total of about 6 hours .
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 13 years of age. It is possible to participate in the experience as a driver or passenger.
The driver must be at least 18 years of age and have a B licence and a credit card; a pre-authorisation will be made on the credit card at the time of hire as a guarantee for any damages, which will be reimbursed if there has been no material damage to the vehicle at the end of the tour. The driver must be able to drive the vehicle; if the guide considers that the customer does not have sufficient driving skills, he/she may cancel the booking without refund or propose an alternative.
Other information
The tour can be booked from April to November and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 participants is reached. The experience also takes place in the event of rain.
There are 10 Vespas with 2 seats each available for a maximum total of 20 participants. By selecting the "two-seater Vespa" option, the vehicle will be shared with another passenger, with the possibility of alternating driving. To have the vehicle exclusively you must instead book the "Single Vespa" option: a maximum of 10 exclusive drivers can be booked.
Report any food allergies and/or intolerances to the contact details given in your booking confirmation email. It is also possible to request a vegetarian light lunch.
A pick-up and drop-off service is available from Siena railway station and Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station: contact the guide at the contact details indicated in the confirmation email to request more information.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport (Badesse railway station); there is free parking on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
