Did you know that the Kingdom of Tavolara has such a unique history that it even fascinated Queen Victoria of England? Today it is your turn to discover this Sardinian treasure on board a vintage boat, sailing through the waters of the Protected Marine Area.
Together with an expert skipper, you will explore the Piscine di Molara and the Sassi Piatti on a 4-hour tour. Between one dive and the next, an aperitif with prosecco awaits you to toast in total relaxation. We are waiting for you!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Porto San Paolo (SS) . Awaiting us will be the skipper, who will welcome us on board a charming traditional boat, ready to set sail for a slow and relaxing 20-minute trip to the treasures of the marine park.
Our first stop will be the island of Tavolara, where we will stop for an hour. Here we will be able to take incredible photos, dive into its transparent waters or take a sightseeing tour ashore to breathe in the history of this legendary place.
After resuming navigation, we will reach the spectacular Piscine di Molara in 20 minutes, a corner of paradise where we will take a 30-minute swim amidst crystal-clear waters and curious fish.
We will then continue on to Sassi Piatti, another natural pearl of the coast, where we will have another 30 minutes to swim and snorkel with our equipment. During these stops, the skipper will delight us with an aperitif on board: we will sip a glass of prosecco for a special toast, accompanied by snacks and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
The tour will continue past hidden coves and cliffs shaped by the wind. Finally, after a final 20-minute crossing, we will return to the starting pier.
The activity will last a total of 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit; children under the age of 18 need not be accompanied on board by an adult. Children aged 0 to 1 year participate free of charge.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible and the experience is not recommended for people with mobility problems.
Other information
The experience takes place from April to October and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
There is free and/or paid parking in the vicinity. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
The boat is a traditional lateen sail and motor boat, 10 metres long and equipped with a sundeck, cushions, awning, fresh water shower, ladder and icebox. Shoes are allowed on board (no heels) but barefoot is preferable. Dogs are not allowed on board. It is forbidden to bring parasols on board.
Lunch and aperitifs are not available for people with food allergies and/or intolerances: if you have food allergies and/or intolerances you are welcome to bring food and drinks from home.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
