What we will do

The meeting point is in Imperia at the time specified when you made your booking. On arrival, you will be met by a representative who will hand over the legendary FIAT 500 "Lusso" or 4-seater FIAT 500 R Abarth (2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults for a comfortable fit) .

Before setting off, you will attend an initial technical briefing during which you will be shown how the car works and how to operate the 4-speed manual gearbox.

Once you’re behind the wheel of the 499cc vintage car, you can immerse yourself in the scenery of the Riviera di Ponente, tackling the spectacular coastal roads and the hills of the Ligurian hinterland at your own pace.

You’ll have the freedom to follow your own itinerary or the personalised maps provided by the organiser to head towards Sanremo, Bordighera or other charming villages. If you wish, you can also request a gourmet basket for a fantastic picnic for two featuring local specialities (optional and to be paid for on site) .

After 5 hours of hire, you will return to the starting point to hand back the vehicle.

Who it is aimed at

The driver must have held a Category B driving licence for at least five years. Equivalent foreign driving licences are accepted.

Passengers must be at least 10 years old ; please note that the cars are not equipped with child seats or seatbelts.

Other information

This activity is available all year round.

Important: to collect the car, you will be asked to provide a credit card as a security deposit on arrival. The car is handed over with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. Fuel is not included.

The experience can be enjoyed in a FIAT 500 “Lusso” or a FIAT 500 R Abarth; if you have a preference for either model, we recommend contacting the organiser using the contact details that will be sent to you by email with your booking confirmation. The car can carry 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adult passengers. Dogs are not permitted on board.

Third-party motor insurance is included in the price; on the day of the activity, you can add comprehensive insurance at a cost of €50 per day (optional and payable on site) .

Would you like a gourmet picnic basket to enhance the experience? A picnic basket is available at a cost of €50. 00 per couple, payable on site; at the end of the briefing, you will be given the basket containing customisable local speciality drinks, prepared in collaboration with a restaurant (e. g. octopus sandwich, choice of soft drink or alcoholic beverage) . To request this, please contact the organiser using the details that will be sent to you by email with your booking confirmation. Options are available for those with food allergies or intolerances.

Free and paid parking is available on site; the meeting point is accessible by public transport. Car delivery is free in Imperia and Diano Marina; delivery to other locations along the Riviera can be requested for an additional charge to be paid on site.
