If you don't like banal labels (in every sense! ) come and discover Diesel Farm, the organic oasis born from Renzo Rosso 's dream in Marostica, where nature runs free and wine has a strong character.
A visit to the cellar awaits you to explore the productive heart of the winery, crowned by a wine tasting to which you can add a board of local products that will make your glass even more special!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Diesel Farm in Marostica (VI), in the beautiful setting of the Marostica hills. We will be welcomed by a guide who will introduce us to the history of this estate, a 100-hectare ecosystem where biodiversity is at home.
We will begin the tour by visiting the cellar, renovated in 2020 by recovering the spaces of an old stable. We will continue into the production area and the evocative barrique cellar, where the guide will explain the processes of organic wine-making and the ageing of the wines in wood.
Finally, we will take a seat in the tasting room located above the cellar for the moment of tasting. We will taste 3 glasses of wine representative of Diesel Farm's production (usually the 55 Celebrating Brut, the Bianco di Rosso and the Rosso di Rosso) , which we will accompany with an appetising platter of local cured meats and cheeses (included with the winery visit + tasting with platter option) .
The experience will last about 1 hour in total. At the end, we will be free to walk along the estate's paths to enjoy the view.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above.
Wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age or teetotal persons may participate in the experience free of charge or pay €10. 00 per person on site for the consumption of the wine board.
The winery and tasting room are accessible to persons with mobility problems.

The experience takes place all year round.

Dogs are allowed on the property, but are not allowed inside the winery premises for health and hygiene reasons.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
