Is wine your passion? Come and discover the secrets of wine production with this 2-hour experience in the province of Pavia.
Visit a local vineyard and winery and learn some interesting facts about grape growing and the surrounding area. Then get ready for a wine tasting and local snacks that will leave you enthusiastic!

What we will do
We will meet at the meeting point in Santa Maria della Versa (PV), where our wine expert guide will be waiting for us. Our first hour together will be divided into two parts, both of approximately 30 minutes: one dedicated to visiting the vineyard and the other to visiting the winery. The guide will give us an overview of the surrounding area and explain how the grapes are grown and the wine is made.
The area is full of wonderful views of meadows, vineyards and small villages with stone houses, historic towers and fascinating bell towers. If it is a nice day, we will even be able to see the city of Milan, with Palazzo della Ragione looming on the horizon.
At that point, we will take a seat and have a one-hour tasting of four typical Oltrepò Pavese wines (Metodo Classico, Bonarda, Riesling and Sangue di Giuda) accompanied by various appetisers such as cold meats, cheeses, vegetable flan and tart. Our guide will always be at our side and will answer any questions we have!
The activity lasts a total of 2 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone. Minors may participate in the experience, but wine tasting is reserved for those over the age of 18.
The activity is accessible to people in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.

The activity is available from Wednesday to Sunday and every day from mid-March to the end of October.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. There is ample parking at the facility, which can also accommodate campers and minibuses.
The tasting includes 4 typical Oltrepò Pavese wines and appetisers such as cheese, cold cuts, vegetable flan and tart. In the event of allergies or intolerances, it is possible to request an alternative via the contact details you will receive in your booking confirmation e-mail. Children under the age of 18 and teetotalers can request a fruit juice as a non-alcoholic alternative on site.
