Do you really think you can resist that hedgehog's snout?
Take part in our nature experience in Bassano In Teverina: in the company of a guide, you will walk with cute alpacas in the Tuscia Viterbese. You will then visit the farm, meeting various animal species rescued from unhappy situations.
A 1-hour experience of nature (and cuddles)!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Bassano In Teverina (VT) . We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the "stars" of the farm: the alpacas Figaro and Cirillo. The guide will not fail to introduce them and provide us with all the information we need for a carefree experience.
Once we have donned our halter, we will begin our short alpaca walk: we will venture into the splendid natural setting of the Tuscia Viterbese, dividing the alpacas among the various participants. This moment will last about 15 minutes.
We will then return to the meeting point, where we will continue with a guided tour of the farm: we will meet dogs, cats, parrots, hens, rabbits, hedgehogs and other animal species rescued from unhappy situations. We will learn their touching story, as well as anecdotes and curiosities about the animal world. We will also be able to interact directly with them, petting them and feeding them! This moment will last about 45 minutes.
The experience will last about 1 hour in total.
And for those who wish to further enrich their experience, it is possible to purchase the "walk and visit + workshop" option. The workshop is dedicated to alpaca wool: using a loom, we will be able to make bracelets, mobile phone cases or other souvenirs from alpaca wool; the workshop will last approximately 30 minutes. There will be coffee and hot chocolate to sweeten our stay!
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit. Children from 0 to 4 years old participate free of charge: contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate their presence. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is possible to lead alpacas from 8 years of age.
The experience admits buggies. The person leading the buggy may not lead the alpaca.
Other information
Important! The experience involves the participation of 2 alpacas for a maximum of 10 participants. The experience does not provide for the allocation of one alpaca per participant; the participants of the entire group will share in leading the alpaca.
The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when the minimum number of 4 participants is reached.
Dogs are not permitted.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
