But how great is it to walk around with wings under your feet?
That is exactly the feeling you will experience when you take part in our bird walk in the province of Arezzo! You will walk through the Tuscan landscape together with a Bird Trainer and his team: macaws or cockatoos, white storks and cranes of paradise will be your exceptional adventure companions.
A 2-hour experience, with a local aperitif included!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Ponte alla Piera in the municipality of Anghiari (AR). Awaiting us will be the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
The experience will begin with a brief presentation and introduction to the world of birds: we will learn about the different species, their behaviour and habits. And after delving into their nature, it will be time to meet them: macaws or cockatoos, white storks and cranes of paradise.
And so our bird walk will begin: we will venture into the scenery of Anghiari and its surroundings, one of the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. We will walk together with our exceptional companions of adventure: the parrot may perch on our shoulder and the stork may fly over our head; we will also be able to interact directly with the animals, petting them and feeding them!
After walking about 2 km with a gentle incline, we will finally return to the meeting point. Here, an aperitif of local products such as cold meats, cheeses and baked goods will be waiting for us, accompanied by an alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for 12 years and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The route is not suitable for people with disabilities.

The experience takes place from January to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
