Have you ever had a date with. .. an alpaca?
That's exactly what awaits you by taking part in our walk and picnic with alpacas in the province of Modena: you will meet these friendly specimens and eat in their company, but not before taking them for a walk through the Apennine woods.
A 3-hour, tasteful (and cuddly) experience!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before 11: 00 a. m. at the meeting point in Pompeano (MO) . Awaiting us will be the guide, ready to welcome us with his friendly alpacas: Lilo, Berto and Cocomero are just some of the specimens we will meet!
Having gathered all the participants, we will begin our walk through the woods of the Modena Apennines , holding the alpacas by the halter (1 alpaca for every 2 participants) . We will walk along dirt and woodland paths, enjoying the fresh air and the shade of the trees even in the height of summer, for a pleasant experience for us and for the animals.
About halfway along we will stop to enjoy a picnic based on products from local farms: the contents generally include 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert; accompanying water and 1 glass of wine or beer. Our alpaca friends will remain in our company and continue to graze in the grass!
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of approx. 3 hours, including 1. 5 hours of walking.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up: children must be able to walk independently for the duration of the walk. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The experience is not suitable for people with motor disabilities.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October.

Dogs are not allowed during the experience.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
