Would you like to meet sweet alpacas and walk with them through the green hills of the Valtiberina?
If the answer is yes, we have just the perfect experience for you!
In Sansepolcro, in the province of Arezzo, you will be assigned an adorable alpaca that you will guide along scenic trails on an enjoyable 1½-hour walk.
Voltaire, Damiano, Pedro and Daytona can't wait to walk with you through the wonders of the Valtiberina!
What we will do
The rendezvous is at the farm in Sansepolcro, in the province of Arezzo, where the guide will be waiting for us together with friendly alpacas: Voltaire, Damiano, Pedro, Daytona and many others. There are about 40 alpacas here!
We willeach be assigned our own alpaca and in a 10-minute briefing, the guide will explain to us how to hand-carry the animal and handle it properly. Then it's time to set off!
In single file, we will set off along a scenic trail that winds through the surrounding hills. The first half of the route will be slightly uphill, but don't worry: the 100-metre difference in altitude is easily tackled and the spectacular views will repay the effort. If we are lucky, we may even spot some wild animals such as deer or fallow deer along the way.
After about 1.5 km we will reach a vantage point that will offer us anincredible view of the entire Valtiberina. The ideal spot for a photo stop together with our new friends! During a break of about 15 minutes, in fact, we will be able to take selfies together with the alpacas or discover a few more curiosities about them by asking our questions to the guide.
We will then set off again, this time all downhill, completing our 3 km loop back to the starting point. The experience lasts a total of about 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone aged 12 years and over.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Each participant will be allocated 1 alpaca. No accompanying adults are allowed.

The activity can be booked throughout the year, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The meeting place cannot be reached by public transport.
Toilets are not available at the venue.
Dogs are not allowed to participate in the activity.
