Once upon a time (and still is) the Castle of Barolo.
Join our wellness stay in Monforte d'Alba: the package includes overnight stay with breakfast in a Wine Relais & Spa, in the best room with a panoramic view of the Castle of Barolo and the Langhe hills.
And if you add a wine tasting, this Piedmontese fairytale has its happy ending!
What we will do
Check-in is from 14: 00 to 17: 00 at the Wine Relais & Spa in Monforte d'Alba (CN). The staff will welcome you with 1 glass of house classic method sparkling wine and it could not be otherwise, in the beautiful setting of the Langhe!
You will then receive the keys to the "King Castle" double room in which you will be staying overnight: the room is equipped with a King Size double bed with bed linen and pillow menu; private bathroom with towels and spa essentials; private fireplace, gourmet corner with water and herbal teas, smart TV and Wi-Fi connection. And making your stay even more unforgettable will be the panoramic view of the Castello di Barolo!
During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the communal wellness area, which comprises a sauna, Turkish bath, hydro-massage tub and emotional shower inside; outside, an infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and a natural glass solarium. The experience will also be enriched by a tasting of the best house labels: 2 glasses of wine per person, accompanied by a description of the characteristics and production techniques.
The next morning, you will be greeted with a gourmet breakfast: sweet and savoury, from artisanal pastries to selected cheeses.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
