Wind and sea, you know, are a winning combination. Especially when it comes to windsurfing!
Take an introductory lesson and in just two hours learn how to fly on a board in the company of an instructor. And if we have intrigued you so far, the location will convince you: you will be in Formia, in the beautiful Gulf of Gaeta!
The perfect experience for those looking for a first approach to this sport!
What we will do
The meeting point is 15 minutes before 10 a.m. at the meeting point in Formia (LT), at a beach reserved for sailing activities in the fabulous setting of the Gulf of Gaeta. We will be welcomed by awindsurfing instructor who will follow us in our first steps towards discovering this water sport!
The activity will begin with a 15-minute theory lesson on land in which we will learn about navigation and safety rules. We will then begin to familiarise ourselves with theequipment through the use of a simulator.
After that, we will immediately start with the practical part in the water. In a single lesson, we will learn how to navigate the board and handle all the basic manoeuvres such as tacking and jibing. At our side, of course, theinstructor will always be there to assist us.
The lesson will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have signed authorisation. For children under the age of 7, a 1-hour lesson can be organised at a cost of €40.00: contact us to submit your booking request.
This activity is of an easy level, suitable for a first windsurfing lesson.

The experience is available from April to November subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.

On site, there is a changing room with toilet facilities, hot shower for a fee with 50 cent coins, lockers with padlocks available for storing personal belongings. In summer, a beach service is available, which includes a sunbed, parasol and bar service.
On-site parking is available free of charge or for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
