Pull the plug and enjoy a glass of wine overlooking the lake!
We are waiting for you for a tasting at Cantine Capitani on Lake Bracciano, where wine and EVO oil are the true protagonists of a story that speaks of territory and passion. You will be able to choose 2 of your favourite labels and taste the home-made EVO oil accompanied by fragrant bruschetta.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the winery on Lake Bracciano, in the province of Rome. We will be welcomed by the company staff, who will introduce us to the world of local wine production.
We will begin the tour by exploring the company showroom: here we will be able to admire the entire range of production, which includes no less than 9 labels including wines and sparkling wines, as well as craft beers and spirits. The guide will explain the characteristics of the terroir and the work behind each individual bottle.
Afterwards, we will move to the tasting room for the most awaited moment. We will have the opportunity to choose 2 labels per person from those available (such as the classic LacusTre Bianco and Rosso or the Cesanese d'Affile) , tasting them calmly while the staff illustrates the sensory profiles of each grape variety.
The taste of the territory will also pass through the green gold: we will in fact taste the company's extra virgin olive oil served on crunchy bruschetta. For those who want to enjoy a real reinforced aperitif, it will be possible to add a board of cold cuts, local cheeses, artisan honey and fresh bread (option not included) .
The experience will last about 1 hour in total.

The wine tasting is reserved for adults only.
Any accompanying minors and astemious persons may participate in the experience free of charge (non-alcoholic drinks are not included) .
The facility is wheelchair and pushchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round.
For those who wish, it will be possible to add a board of cold meats, local cheeses, artisan honey and fresh bread at a cost of €10, to be paid on site.

Dogs are allowed on a leash in most areas of the winery, excluding the processing areas.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
