Join us for our food and wine experience in Baone: as a guest at a winery situated in the heart of the Euganean Hills Park, you’ll taste wines and discover the Moscato Giallo and Carménère grape varieties. These will be accompanied by a selection of seasonal local produce.
An experience centred on two grape varieties, one terroir and good taste!
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the selected time at Maeli Wine, a winery situated in the heart of the Euganean Hills Park.
On arrival, we will meet the guide and the other participants in the experience. We will then take our seats in the tasting room and listen to an introduction to wine production, accompanied by a panoramic view of the vineyard (beneath which lies an unexpected ‘buried volcano’) .
This will be followed by a wine tasting focusing on two grape varieties and a terroir: Moscato Giallo and Carménère, both representative of the Euganean Hills. This will be accompanied by a selection of seasonal local produce – true gastronomic gems ranging from roast goose to persimmons from the family orchard.
Depending on the option purchased, we will taste:
- 3 wines: “Bianco Infinito” Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG dry, “Rosso Infinito” Colli Euganei Rosso DOC, “Maeli Fior d’Arancio” Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG Spumante.
- 5 wines: “Bianco Infinito” Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG dry (current vintage) , “Bianco Infinito” Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG dry (vintage) , “Rosso Infinito” Colli Euganei Rosso DOC, ‘Maeli Fior d’Arancio’ Colli Euganei Fior d’Arancio DOCG Spumante, ‘D+’ Colli Euganei Rosso DOC.
The experience lasts between 40 minutes and approximately 1½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over. Any accompanying minors may take part free of charge.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants of legal age only. Any accompanying minors may purchase food and drink on site from €10. 00.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed once the minimum number of 2 participants has been reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
