Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Romagna hills, where the scent of the vineyards is mixed with a warm welcome and a passion for good wine.
We are waiting for you in Bertinoro for a guided tour of the Fattoria Ca' Rossa winery, home to the oldest Albana vine in Romagna!
Discover the secrets of wine-making and the history of the company, not forgetting of course a wine tasting(3 or 5 glasses, your choice), accompanied by the authentic flavours of the territory, such as piadina, cheese and cold cuts.
What we will do
The appointment is at the Fattoria Ca' Rossa di Bertinoro (FC), punctually at 16:00.
Here we will be welcomed by Massimo, the owner and soul of the winery: he will be the one to guide us on a journey of discovery that will make us feel part of this winemaking tradition, through family heirlooms and anecdotes.
The tour will include an introduction to the history of the winery and a presentation of the production philosophy, wine-making processes and a visit to the vineyard. We will see the 1980 vineyard adjacent to the winery and the oldest Albana vine in the region, planted by Massimo's grandfather in 1935.
At the end of the visit, which will last about 1 hour, we will take a seat in the "Taverna dei cavalieri" room to start our Romagna snack. We will taste 3 or 5 top wines (to be chosen at the time of booking), such as Sangiovese Riserva Ripagrande, Barbera Cavalcaonte, Malvasia Mufit, Passito and other top wines from Fattoria Ca' Rossa.
The tasting will be accompanied by a rich buffet of typical local products, such as piadina, cold cuts and cheeses, homemade extra virgin olive oil, balsamic sauce and saba. Massimo will describe the characteristics of each wine in the most informal and familiar way possible, as is traditional in Romagna.
The total duration of the experience will be about 3 hours.

The venue is wheelchair-accessible: in the case of persons with disabilities, please contact the winery in advance to set up the tasting in an easily accessible room.
Other information
Tastings take place all year round from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and are confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.

Dogs are welcome, subject to prior notification to the organisers.
The winery can be reached by public transport; free parking is available on site.
