Come here and we'll introduce you. .. Or rather, come to Vigalone, where it will be introduced to you by our friends from the Consorzio Club del Buttafuoco Storico, with a tasting entirely dedicated to this excellence of the Oltrepò Pavese!
An unforgettable first meeting, during which you will taste three glasses of this great red wine accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses.
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Consorzio Club del Buttafuoco Storico in Vigalone, a hamlet of Canneto Pavese (PV) .
We will be seated inside the modern wine shop or, depending on the season, on the large outdoor terrace. Once at the table, the sommelier will guide us on a tasting tour where, glass after glass, we will retrace the origins, characteristics and nuances of Buttafuoco.
We will therefore taste three wines:
- Vintage/young Buttafuoco DOC
- Buttafuoco DOC Reserve
- Buttafuoco Storico, as well as the consortium wine and symbol of "I Vignaioli del Buttafuoco Storico".
Glasses will be accompanied by a platter of typical Valle Versa cold cuts or, alternatively, by cheeses from the Oltrepò.
The experience will last about 1 hour in total, but we will be able to remain at the table without time constraints.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.
The wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age. Under 18s will be offered a non-alcoholic drink as an alternative. Children under the age of 14 participate free of charge.
The wine shop is wheelchair accessible.

Tasting is available all year round.
Dogs are allowed during the experience.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
