Wine tasting and winery visit in Monforte d'Alba

This is exactly what awaits you by participating in our visit experience at the Castello di Perno Winery: in the company of a guide, you will explore the production rooms and taste the most representative wines of the area.

A2-hour experience, to which you can raise your glass in company!

What we will do

The appointment is at the selected time at the Castello di Perno Winery in Castelletto, in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba (CN). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us in the exploration of this wine reality in the heart of the Langhe.

Once all the participants have gathered, and after an initial presentation, the visit to the winery will begin: we will walk through the winemaking rooms and the characteristic barrel cellar, delving into the production thanks to the guide's stories. This moment will last 30 minutes.

We will then enter the tasting room which, depending on the time of year, will be a panoramic room or terrace overlooking the vineyards, the Castle of Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba and the hills of the Langhe. The tasting will include 4 or 7 glasses of the following wines , depending on the option selected during the booking process, accompanied by breadsticks:

"4-glass tasting" option:

• Langhe Nascetta DOC
• Barbera d'Asti DOCG
• Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
• Barolo DOCG

Added"7 glasses tasting" option

• Dolcetto d'Alba DOC
• Nizza DOCG
• Barolo Castelletto DOCG

The experience will last 2 hours in total, at the end of which we will be able to walk independently among the rows of vines surrounding the winery.

Who it is aimed at

The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over.

Wine tasting is reserved for participants over 18 years of age only. Accompanying minors, astemics and pregnant women participate free of charge.

The facility is wheelchair accessible.

Other information

Attention! The meeting point is at the Perno Castle Winery, not at Perno Castle, which is 6 km away and will not be visited during the experience.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed when the minimum number of 4 participants is reached.

There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

Small dogs are allowed on the premises.
