Whoever says art is not to be drunk has never been to Valtenesi.
At Cantina Pietta , in the hills of Lake Garda, a 2½-hour experience mixing wine and creativity awaits you.
You will taste 1 glass of wine, learn how to shape your own label with the help of an illustrator, and at the end you will go home with a personalised bottle: not a simple souvenir, but a small masterpiece to uncork!
What we will do
The appointment is at the time selected during the booking process at the Pietta Winery in Castrezzone di Muscoline (BS) in the hills west of Lake Garda. We will begin with a short walk between the rows of vines: the guide will explain the characteristics of the morainic terrain of Lake Garda, on which typical Valtenesi vines such as Riesling, Chardonnay and Groppello grow flourishingly.
After that, we will move inside, where the most creative part awaits us. With the help of an illustrator, we will discover what it means to give a face to a bottle: pencils, watercolours and acrylics will be our tools for jotting down the first ideas. After a few drafts, we will move on to the final label, ready to become the 'identity card' of the wine we will choose together.
While our artwork dries, we will certainly not stand by and watch: we will treat ourselves to a wine tasting with a glass of wine and a small platter of cured meats and km0 products, to be enjoyed outdoors among the rows of vines (if the weather is on our side) or under the porch or in the tasting room if it rains.
When the labels are ready, we will see our creations glued onto bottles. A moment of pride, a ritual photo, and off we go: everyone will take home their personalised wine, ready to be uncorked or kept as a trophy.
The total duration of the experience is about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is for adults only.
The wine cellar and tasting room are accessible by wheelchair and pushchair, while the vineyard is not.
Other information
The experience takes place from February to December and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants. Depending on weather conditions, the lesson and tasting may take place outdoors and indoors in the tasting room.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Dogs are allowed in all areas except the wine cellar.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
