You deserve better than the usual Saturday-night pizza. It’s time to treat yourself to something special, immersing yourself in the authentic aromas and flavours of the real Tuscany!
Come and enjoy a magical evening at Tenuta L’Impostino in Civitella Paganico: a guided tour of the winery awaits you, followed by a picturesque walk through the vineyards bathed in the light of the Maremma sunset.
The highlight of the experience will be a refined four-course tasting dinner, served on the farmhouse terrace, expertly paired with no fewer than five fine organic wines .

What we will do
The event will take place at the selected time at Tenuta L'Impostino in Civitella Paganico (GR), in the Grosseto Maremma region.
You will be welcomed at reception and accompanied by a guide on an exclusive tour of the estate’s winery . Here you will be able to see and experience first-hand the creation and development of the wines, following the entire journey from the vine to the evocative underground barrel cellar, where the quiet atmosphere accompanies the ageing of our wines in fine oak.
Afterwards, you’ll have free access to the vineyards to enjoy a splendid stroll along the path that winds its way through the rows of vines. You’ll be immersed in the magical golden light of the Tuscan sunset, surrounded by the intense aromas and soothing sounds of the wild nature of the Upper Maremma.
On your return, you will be shown to the farmhouse’s marvellous panoramic terrace ( or the dining room, depending on the season) , where you will be served a welcome aperitif and a four-course set menu, designed to complement five wines from the estate.
The menu includes:
- Starter: Tomato purée tartlet with prosciutto and local pecorino cheese (paired with Sassorosa Toscana IGT and Ottava Rima Maremma Toscana DOC) .
- First course: Traditional homemade Maremma tortelli served with a rich beef ragù (paired with Ciarlone Rosso) .
- Main course: Savoury Maremma-style wild boar cooked according to an ancient local recipe (paired with Viandante Montecucco Riserva DOCG and Lupo Bianco Toscana Rosso IGT) .
- Dessert: Fragrant, artisanal Tuscan cantucci accompanied by traditional Vin Santo.
The experience will last approximately three and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This experience is recommended for those aged 18 and over. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. For any accompanying minors , there is no compulsory set menu; they are free to join the dinner by ordering dishes directly from the à la carte menu on the night.
The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
