A wine tasting with gastronomic pairings. .. to perfection!
Come and discover Villa Castiglioncelli, an aristocratic residence dating back to 1750 in the heart of the Chianti area of Arezzo, where a guided wine and food experience awaits you among the frescoes of the villa!
An experience of about 2 hours , in which you will sip 3 glasses of Tenuta San Jacopo accompanied by a rich platter of local products , designed to enhance each label!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at Villa Castiglioncelli in Cavriglia (AR) . We will be welcomed by a guide who will take us on a journey through time through this historic residence dating back to 1750 and located between the Valdarno and the Chianti Aretino.
We will begin with a visit to the frescoed rooms of the villa, where the original 18th-century architecture merges with the stories and fascinating history of the estate.
Afterwards, we will move on to a guided food pairing tasting. This will not be a simple tasting, but a complete sensory journey: we will taste three wines from the estate and the estate's own EVO olive oil, paired with a rich platter of local products.
The guide will remain with us for the duration of the tasting to advise us on the best gastronomic pairings, designed to enhance the characteristics of each label through traditional Tuscan cold dishes such as sliced meats, cheeses, crostini and seasonal specialities (panzanella or fresh salads) .
The experience will last about 2 hours in total .

The experience is recommended for participants aged 18 and over, as the wine tasting is reserved for participants aged 18 and over only. Accompanying persons under 18 can participate at a reduced cost.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
