They say you need balance in life: that’s why, after a walk, you obviously deserve a glass of wine!
In fact, three: waiting for you at the Le Muraglie Winery in Valeggio sul Mincio are three glasses of DOC wine, accompanied by a delicious platter of local cold cuts and cheeses.
Before the tasting, however, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of the vineyard and the cellar, allowing you to immerse yourself in the history of this family-run estate nestled amongst the hills near Lake Garda!
What we will do
The tour takes place at the selected time at the Le Muraglie Di Vicentini farm in Valeggio sul Mincio (VR), set amongst the morainic hills near Lake Garda. We’ll be welcomed by our guide, who’ll take us on a journey to discover the history and aromas of this area.
We’ll start with a walk through the vineyards, where we’ll learn about environmentally friendly grape-growing techniques and the seasonal work that helps protect local biodiversity.
We’ll then head inside the winery to learn more about the winemaking and ageing methods that give rise to wines such as Custoza, Bardolino and Chiaretto Bardolino. During the tour, we’ll also have the chance to taste the wine straight from the vats.
The highlight of the experience will be a guided tasting of three DOC wines, selected in collaboration with the producer to showcase the region’s identity. The wines will be paired with a delicious platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
The experience will last approximately one and a half hours in total .

The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying minors and non-drinkers may take part in the experience at a price available on request.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
