It won’t just be a taster… It’ll be one of the best tastings of your life!
Come and discover the secrets of winemaking on a guided tour of the Gozzi Winery in Monzambano, just a stone’s throw from Lake Garda. You’ll explore the vineyards and the winery, learning about the production of local wines, before finishing with a tasting of five wines, accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses.
An experience lasting around an hour and a half to savour the local area!
What we will do
We’ll meet 5 minutes before the selected time at Cantina Gozzi in Monzambano (MN), in the morainic hills just a few kilometres from Lake Garda. Here, we’ll take part in a guided tour to discover the history of this family-run winery.
We’ll begin the tour with a walk through the vineyards ( weather permitting) before moving indoors. The winery staff will explain the production process in detail, from the use of oak to the ageing of the Metodo Classico sparkling wine. The tour will last about half an hour.
Afterwards, we’ll take our seats in an indoor room or outside in fine weather to begin the tasting. We’ll taste five of the winery’s wines: two whites, one sparkling wine and two reds. The wines selected will vary according to availability, to showcase the different varieties produced, such as Garda DOC, Metodo Classico and Alto Mincio IGT.
During the tasting, we’ll be served a selection of cheeses and cured meats designed to bring out the aromas of the red and white wines.
The experience will last approximately one and a half hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The wine tasting is for adults only.
Children can take part free of charge, whilst any accompanying adults sharing the tour and the platter pay a reduced rate.
The venue is accessible by wheelchair or pushchair.

The experience takes place all year round from Monday to Saturday (excluding major public holidays) .

Dogs are allowed provided they are kept on a lead.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
