In this case, of a family that has chosen to dedicate its life to the creation of robust, long-lived, important wines , such as those of Valpolicella Classica.
Visit the DolceVera wine cellar and discover a reality linked to the winemaking tradition of the area. Finally, taste 5 house labels including Amarone and Ripasso with a platter of typical products!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the DolceVera Winery, in the setting of the Valoplicella Classica in the province of Verona. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will immediately take us outside the winery for a walk through the vineyard.
We will then continue with a visit to the winery, which is spread over three floors. On the ground floor we will explore the vinification area, after which we will descend to the basement to discover the barrel cellar and bottling area, where the wine rests before being unveiled to the world.
Finally, we will ascend to the upper floor to sit in the large lounge with fireplace or on the panoramic terrace (depending on the season) for wine tasting. We will taste 4 typical local red wines, such as Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Recioto and Amarone , and 1 glass of Charmat method sparkling wine . Everything will be accompanied by a platter of cold meats and cheeses.
The experience will last a total of about 1 and a half hours .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for 18 year olds and above. The wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience subject to prior notification and the price is on request.
The facility is not wheelchair-accessible.

The experience is available all year round, and is confirmed for a minimum number of 2 participants.
