We'll give you a (big) clue: the oil mill of the Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie in Linfano is just a stone's throw away. ..
Well, yes, right in the Upper Garda region a wine and food experience of about 1. 5 hours awaits you, in which you will taste 2 types of extra virgin olive oil and 3 glasses of selected wine, accompanied by fragrant breadsticks!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Azienda Agricola Madonna delle Vittorie in Linfano (TN) , in the setting of Alto Garda. We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on a journey of discovery of local agricultural traditions, among vineyards and olive groves kissed by the lake's climate.
We will begin our visit at the oil mill, where we will discover how the olives are hand-picked and pressed at low temperatures to preserve their fruity and spicy notes. We will then continue into the cellar, exploring the places where fresh white wines, harmonious reds and excellent bubbles are born.
The tour will continue with a technical tasting. We will taste 2 types of extra virgin olive oil, including the prized Garda DOP, to learn how to recognise its organoleptic characteristics.
We will then move on to the tasting of 3 glasses of wine: a fine Trento DOC sparkling wine, a still red wine and a still white wine to be chosen from the winery's labels. The tasting will be accompanied by breadsticks.
The experience will last approximately 1½ hours in total.

The experience takes place from mid-March to the end of October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 people.

Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not easily accessible by public transport. We recommend arriving by car or using the Garda cycle path that leads directly to the farm.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
