Immerse yourself in the nature and authentic flavours of Fénis, in the Aosta Valley, with a food and wine experience that truly has it all.
At the Leffrey farm, a one-hour walk in the vineyard, a visit to a selected cheese or charcuterie cellar (your choice) and - last but not least - a tasting of 2 of the best red wines produced by the farm await you.
An opportunity not only to taste excellent wines, but also to experience the winery's eco-friendly philosophy of life at first hand.
What we will do
The appointment is at theLeffrey farm in Fénis (AO) at the time selected when booking.
We will begin with a one-hour walk through the heart of the farm, the vineyard. During the walk you will learn more about the soil, the exposure and the farming techniques that give these wines their unique character.
At the end of the vineyard walk, you will have the choice between a tour of the Lo Copafen winery and a tasting of selected local cheeses, or a visit to La Cascina di Mathieu for a tour and tasting of cured meats. The tasting will also include samples of typical regional hot dishes, varying according to the season. Both farms are about 5 minutes away by car.
At this point, we will return to the company for the tasting. You will taste the Fénic vin rouge and, depending on availability, another of the wines produced by the winery: Made in Vda, Nibbiù or Paideia. It will be a sensory journey that will lead you to discover the unique aromas and flavours of Fénis wines, an authentic expression of this land rich in history and nature.
The tasting will last 30 minutes, while the total experience will last about 3 hours.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
