It is said that 'Home is where the wine is' and this experience confirms it!
At the Casa Garello farm you can spread blankets and pillows on the ground and admire the panorama of the Oltrepò Pavese while picnicking with typical products and a bottle of wine.
All you have to do is choose whether to visit the winery or to toast!
What we will do
We will meet at the Casa Garello farm in Salice Terme (PV). Once we arrive, we will be struck by the natural scenery of the Oltrepò Pavese, made up of vineyards, enchanting views and the small houses of the farming village where the agriturismo is located.
Then we will spread our prepared blankets and pillows on the ground and sit down in the beautiful garden surrounding the facility to begin the picnic! In the basket we will find: a bottle of wine from the winery (1 for every 2 people) , cold meats, local cheeses, focaccia and homemade jam tart.
At the end of the picnic, which will last about 2 hours, we will continue the experience with a visit to the winery lasting about 30 minutes. Here we will be explained the winemaking process that turns grapes into wine and we will be shown the machinery used. Finally, after a few final questions, we will say goodbye!
The activity lasts a total of 2½ hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for those under 18 years of age.
Other information
The activity is available every weekend from May to September (except July) ; occasionally it may take place in the evening. The experience will be confirmed on reaching a minimum of 6 participants. In the event of bad weather , the activity will take place inside the farmhouse.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
